Shipping Policy

At Recollection Tea Trading Co L.L.C, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below for details on how we handle shipping and delivery.

Order Processing and Dispatch

• Orders are processed and dispatched on the next business day (Monday to Saturday) from the confirmation of order.

• If your order is not dispatched within five business days for any reason, you will be contacted via email to offer an alternative product, partial shipment, or full refund.

Delivery Times

• Within the UAE: Orders will be delivered within 2-3 working days upon placing your order.

• International Orders: Orders will be delivered within 7-10 working days upon placing your order. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.

Please note that estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Recollection Tea Trading Co L.L.C is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and the size and weight of your order.

Delivery Address

To ensure timely delivery, please provide a physical home or office address where someone is available to receive the package. We do not ship to Post Office Boxes. Deliveries should be sent to a workplace or residence where someone is available to receive the package.

Courier Responsibility

Please note that Recollection Tea Trading Co L.L.C is not responsible for any shipping damages made by the shipping service or for orders lost or stolen during transit. Once your order leaves our facility and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for the package and it is out of our control. We generally cannot refund or replace items that do not make it to you. However, if you do not receive a shipment per tracking, please contact us immediately so we can rectify the situation as best as possible.

Delivery

All scheduled delivery dates are estimates based on a normal workload, and all deliveries are subject to change without liability to Recollection Tea Trading Co L.L.C. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to make shipments as scheduled and may make partial shipments unless otherwise specified by the buyer. Recollection Tea Trading Co L.L.C will not be liable for any delays incurred due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, actions by any governmental authority, terrorism, fires, floods, windstorms, explosions, riots, protests, natural disasters, wars, sabotage, labour problems (including lockouts, strikes, and slowdowns), inability to obtain power, utilities, materials, labour, equipment, transportation, or court injunction.

Undeliverable Packages

Orders will be shipped to the address provided by the customer; therefore, the customer must provide the correct shipping address when placing an order. Recollection Tea Trading Co L.L.C is not responsible for any lost items due to incorrect addresses. If the order is returned to Recollection Tea Trading Co L.L.C due to an invalid or incorrect address, we will gladly reship the package, but the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees and must pay for these fees before the order can be reshipped to the correct address.

Customs and Duties

Recollection Tea Trading Co L.L.C ships internationally to a wide range of countries, bringing our premium tea products to customers around the globe. However, please be aware of the following important information regarding customs and duties:

Duties and Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in the destination country. These charges vary by country, city, and package, and are not included in the price at checkout. Customers or recipients are responsible for paying any import duties, customs fees, additional taxes, or other charges that may be imposed upon delivery.

Responsibility 

Recollection Tea Trading Co L.L.C has no control over when or for how much these fees are charged, and we are not able to pay them ahead of time or take care of them on our end. We encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.

Refusal to Pay Duties and Taxes

If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival in your destination country, the goods will be returned to Recollection Tea Trading Co L.L.C at your expense. In such cases, you will receive a refund for the value of the goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. Please note that the cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
